Ridge View Property Solutions is a local, family-owned business based in Lake Toxaway, NC. Led by owner and machine operator Ricky Lance, we bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation, land improvement, terrain management, and property solutions. We take pride in working directly with homeowners, landowners, builders, farms, HOA’s, POA’s, and land managers throughout Western North Carolina and nearby South Carolina communities.
